We recently had the honor of having Naoki Mori, the president of Kawai America Corp. and Kawai Canada Music, Ltd. visit our store. This was a special honor to have the highest ranking executive from Kawai US visit us.
Kawai America Corporation is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Kawai Musical Instrument Manufacturing Company, Ltd., of Hamamatsu, Japan. Kawai is one of the largest piano manufacturers in the world and the only major piano manufacturer still under management by descendants of the founder. Hirotaka Kawai, the current president is the grandson of Koichi Kawai who founded the company in 1927.
