Besides our fine piano companies we represent, since 1974 we are the sole representative for Allen Organs in the defined tri-state area. For example, if you are located in Philadelphia or South Jersey, there is only one authorized company that can provide Allen Organ sales and service support. Our service staff is factory-trained and generally will always provide faster more complete service, saving you time and costly mistakes. Be aware of people posing as Allen Organ representatives. Taking the Frustration Out of Purchasing and Installing Your Church Organ

Because most church and synagogue installations are individual and custom by design and many physical properties, Grafton’s is staffed with a professional staff of salespeople thoroughly experienced as organists, consultants, and planners. They are available to work closely with your committee and architects through all phases of conception, selection, installation, and organist orientation to ensure a complete and total final product. There is no cost for this service.

Once an organ is selected, our representative will prepare a detailed proposal for acceptance, and coordinate all aspects with the Allen Factory, the installation crew, and church or synagogue personnel. The Installation Crew is headed by our Engineer and Installation Foreman who will personally plan and oversee the entire project from start to finish. Final tonal finishing and our Sound Guarantee is your assurance of a perfect installation.
